Warrior Spirit Circle

Trauma Sensitive Yoga & Meditation

for Women

Wednesday's 10:00am - 11:30am

Trial Period; November 25th, 2019 - January 3rd, 2020

Official Program Start Date; January 13th, 2020

Warrior Spirit Circle
A gentle mix of Hatha and Yin yoga. We move mindfully through various poses, occasionally holding passive poses for longer periods of time accessing and relaxing deeper tissue.
Class begins and ends with meditation practice and breathing techniques. This simple yet highly effective practice, helps develop a healthier mind-body connection, helping to calm the mind and regulate physical and emotional responses often associated with trauma.

What’s different about our program?

Our revolutionary program and warrior spirit training, approaches healing from a humanistic perspective - rather than the more common hierarchical structure so many of us are used to.

We offer alternative healing providers and artistic outlets for a deeper approach in accessing the subconscious aspects of trauma, as we help you navigate the mind-body-spirit landscape toward healing.

Throughout the course of this program you will notice that humility, compassion and respect are core elements in everything we offer.

Our Vision For The TSSP Program:

Is to integrate our holistic services within our local community to advance the health and well-being of individuals and their families who may be struggling from the effects of traumatic events. From our experience when one member of a family or community is affected  by a traumatic event, everyone around them begins to experience the effects of it as well throughout their interactions with each other.

We believe that trauma is not an individual issue, and for it to truly heal at the soul level, a community must support, strengthen and grow together.
