Warriors of the Light Founder/CEO and Spiritual Healer Beth Sturdevant, found her Warrior Spirit by facing various hardships while growing up and learning to tap into the power and courage she held inside her soul.

Beth's personal journey has been wrought with many life battles as she experienced different degrees of trauma throughout her life; mentally, emotionally and physically. But it wasn’t until Beth experienced Spiritual trauma that she realized her true potential and powers – as a warrior – to stay alive and keep fighting for the best parts of herself in order to move beyond everything that tried to break her..

It was this inner Warrior Spirit – this drive to feel strong on a whole new level - that led Beth to follow her own path of intense teaching and training as a Shamanic energy and Spiritual healer, which inevitably brought her to pursue her soul’s passion and purpose in helping others embrace and enhance their own warrior spirits, allowing them to live each day forward with a renewed sense of personal respect, honour and drive.

Travis Atwater began his career as an electrical professional after growing up outside of Ottawa,Ontario as an avid outdoor enthusiast, passionate mountain climber, custom off-road vehicle builder, and entrepreneur.

After several years of being actively engaged in electrical engineering and construction, Travis noticed that his health was slowly declining. What he began to discover is how electrical energy  easily altered states within the human body causing noticeable health issues within himself such as an electrical energy sensitivity that amplified anxiety/panic based brain wave patterns.  Because of that, since 2014, Travis has dedicated himself to applying his years of experience with electrical energy, his passion for quantum physics and his ongoing training at The 8th Fire School Of Shamanism led by Algonquin Medicine Man Pete Bernard to understanding the effects of harmful energy in the human body.

He is the founder of Healed Warrior Consulting, a health and wellness business aimed at providing the resources and support for individuals to thrive in both their business and personal  environments through a multi-level perspective.  His focus includes spiritual, mental, emotional and physical development/care of the human body and its energetic environment for success and well being.

Now, you will usually find him travelling to his next outdoor adventure in the capital city region, climbing mountains, hiking trails, exploring the fresh water lakes of the area, contributing his knowledge for building strong communities and appreciating all that is.
